Impact members Carolina, Jeremy and Mark spent the weekend at the Midlands annual Regional camp by Lake Karapiro. Carolina and Jeremy had a great time teaching on Saturday including one session with the mini-kids group as well as three adult sessions of sparring drills, point sparring and some gut busting sparring fitness exercises (which they were told was not as hard as Mr. Eccles squat jumps up and down the hill...).

On Sunday Mark taught a large group of colour belts patterns, followed on by an advanced class with the black stripes and black belts. Classes were also taught by Master Rimmer, Mr. Eccles, Mr. Campbell, Ms. Collins and Mr. Black.
